Safety

This is a heavy duty product. These hitch and couplers are designed and manufactured by a blacksmithing family who trace their skills back five generations. All units conform to the requirements of SAE standard J684 and are tested by independent labs.

360° Rotation & 3-Axis of Movement

This eliminates twisting damage to vehicle & trailer frames caused by sudden changes in vehicle-trailer orientation while on a construction site, farm, or off roading.

Once the latch plates are locked in place Lock N' Roll® will never pop off like ball hitches do. Driving Comfort

Lock N' Roll® provides a very tight, close fitting connection that eliminates "thunk & jerk" action of conventional hitches. Welcome to Lock N' Roll Trailer Hitches!  

There are two basic groups of Lock N' Roll hitches. They are the new
500 series that has 360 degrees of rotation built into the vehicle side and 100/300 series that provides a rotation limiter on the trailer side. The 500 series and the 100/300 series are not compatible.

500 Series
All 500 series hitches and couplers are rated at 11,000 pounds gross trailer weight and are capable of 1100 pounds of tongue weight. 500 series hitches allow 360 degrees of rotation so in the event of an accident the trailer is much less likely to damage the tow vehicle or cause it to roll over.

100 Series
The 100 series of couplers have a rotation limiter that prevents the trailer from tipping side to side more than 45 degrees relative to the towing vehicle.The up & down motion and turning radius are not restricted. 100 series couplers are rated at 2000 pounds gross trailer weight.

Make sure your tow vehicle has enough mass to control your towing weight.

502 - Bolts directly inside of standard, 3 inch wide, height adjustement channel. 2 7/8" wide.
This trailer side option of the Lock N Roll trailer hitch has a 2 7/8" wide, four hole channel that fits and bolts directly inside of a standard, 3 inch wide, height adjustement channel. Mounting holes accommodate industry standard 2” hole spacing for 5/8” bolts. The holes are precision drilled to 16mm diameter to allow only a small amount of movement. This hitch is rated at 11,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 1100 pounds tongue weight. Like all Lock N Roll couplers, this coupler is made with strong, alloy steel. All units exceed the requirements of SAE standard J684 and are tested by independent labs. Coupling shaft is heat-treated 4340 chrome-nickel-molybdenum alloy steel. Bolt is high strength material made by Bowmalloy. Also comes with two grade 5 bolts and two lock nuts for attaching to the adjustable height channel.

526 - Coupler on a 30" long 2" square extention tube
Lock N' Roll coupler with a 30" trailer tongue extension. Allows extra distance between vehicle and trailer so a canoe or kayak can be carried on top of a trailer. The extension has a forged steel eye welded to a 30" long  2" square x 1/4" wall tube that fits into 2" receiver tube trailer tongues. There is one hole at end of tube for a 5/8" bolt. Additional holes can be drilled by the customer for their own custom fit.  Like all Lock N Roll couplers, this coupler is made with strong, alloy steel. This hitch is rated at 11,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 1100 pounds tongue weight. All units exceed the requirements of SAE standard J684 and are tested by independent labs. Tubing is high quality ASTM A500 with a minimum tensile strength of 58,000 PSI and 23% elongation. The coupling shaft is heat-treated 4340. The bolt is a high strength alloy made by Bowmalloy.

504 -  V-shaped, industry standard, 50 degree bracket.
This trailer side option of the Lock N Roll trailer hitch is a  V-shaped, industry standard 50 degree bracket. There are mounting holes for a jack stand. See PN 550 for exact dimensions. This hitch is rated at 11,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 1100 pounds tongue weight. Like all Lock N Roll couplers, this coupler is made with strong, alloy steel.  50 degree bracket is made out of 3/16" thick ASTM A572 Grade 50.  Coupling shaft is heat-treated 4340 chrome-nicklel-molybdenum alloy steel. Bolt is high strength alloy made by Bowmalloy.  All units exceed the requirements of SAE standard J684 and are tested by independent labs.

550 - 50 degree trailer end cap
50 degree bracket without any additional Lock N' Roll hardware.  This can be used to re-enforce the bottom of the trailer tongue directly below Lock N' Roll PN 504. This will also provide additional bracing of the jack stand. This unit can be used for any 50 degree trailer tongue application and is not limited to use with Lock N' Roll equipment. Material is 3/16 thick ASTM A572 Grade 50.

Replacement for hitches commonly found on trailers imported from Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. It has a 4 bolt hole pattern of 54mm(2-1/8) x 184mm(7-1/4). Holes accommodate 1/2" diameter bolts. PN530 is rated at 10,000 lb.s GVWR and 1000 tongue weight.

TS602 Trailer side weight distribution hitch
Articulating lock n roll weight distributing hitch spring bar and lever assembly that attaches to the trailer frame and a Lock N Roll VS601 on a tow vehicle. Creates a safer and smoother ride by bringing the rear of the vehicle back up and the front down for better control.  For use with the Lock N Roll VS601 vehicle side hitch. One of the following Lock N Roll Hitches needs to be attached to the trailer in order to use the Lock N Roll weight distribution system: TS502, TS504, TS528, TS506, TS508, TS510, TS530.   TS602 consists of the items shown in the loose parts photo. TS540 A-frame with height adjustment channel
TS540 A-Frame 50 degree trailer bracket with holes for a jack stand and 17/32" holes for vertical bolts that can pass through the trailer frame. A 3" wide adjustable height channel is welded to the A-frame. The weld is made with a high strength wire that contains 1% Nickel. The channel has 4 sets of holes for 5/8" bolts. The centers of the holes are spaced 2" apart. Tongue weight rating is 1100 pounds. Gross trailer weight rating is 11,000 pounds. The installer will need to drill additional horizontal bolt holes through the bracket and trailer frame or weld the bracket to the trailer frame. The material used for both the A-frame bracket and the channel is High Strength-Low Alloy ASTM A572 Grade 50.

PN 505 - Height adjustment channel on 2" tube with 4 sets of holes
8" tall adjustable height channel bracket. This can be used with Lock N Roll PNs 502 or 503 or any other manufacturer's equipment. The inside width of  the channel is 3-1/16".  Bracket material is High Strength/Low Alloy ASTM A572 Grade 50. There are 4 sets of holes allowing for 3-positions. Bracket is welded to a 2" sq x 1/4" thick wall x 7-3/8" long tube. Tubing is high quality ASTM A500 with a minimum tensile strength of 58,000 PSI and 23% elongation. The maximum height adjustment when used with PN 503 is 5-1/2" measured from the center of the receiver tube to the center of the Lock N Roll coupling shaft on your trailer.
