This will also provide additional bracing of the jack stand. This unit can be used for any 50 degree trailer tongue application and is not limited to use with Lock N' Roll equipment. Material is 3/16 thick ASTM A572 Grade 50.

8" tall adjustable height channel bracket. This can be used with Lock N Roll TS502 or VS503 or any other manufacturer's equipment. The inside width of the channel is 3-1/16". Bracket material is High Strength/Low Alloy ASTM A572 Grade 50. There are 4 sets of holes allowing for 3-positions. Bracket is welded to a 2" sq x 1/4" thick wall x 9-1/2" long tube. Tubing is high quality ASTM A500 with a minimum tensile strength of 58,000 PSI and 23% elongation. The maximum height adjustment when used with VS 503 is 5-1/2" measured from the center of the receiver tube to the center of the Lock N Roll coupling shaft on your trailer. The horizontal distances from the 5/8" receiver pin holes to the center of the coupling shaft are 14-1/4 and 16-1/4.

This trailer side option of the Lock N Roll trailer hitch is 15" long and slides directly into a standard, 2" receiver tube. There is a 16mm hole to accomodate a 5/8" bolt or hitch pin. Like all Lock N Roll couplers, this coupler is made with strong, alloy steel. This hitch is rated at 11,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 1100 pounds tongue weight. All units conform to the requirements of SAE standard J684 and are tested by independent labs. Tubing is high quality ASTM A500 with a minimum tensile strength of 58,000 PSI and 23% elongation. The coupling shaft is heat-treated 4340. The bolt is a high strength alloy made by Bowmalloy.

The base of the pad-eye is 3" x 2-9/16" Unit is not painted so as to not interfere with welding. This hitch is rated at 11,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 1100 pounds tongue weight. Coupling shaft is heat-treated 4340 chrome-nickel-molybdenum alloy steel. Bolt is high strength alloy made by Bowmalloy. All units exceed the requirements of SAE standard J684 and are tested by an independent lab.
