Safety

This is a heavy duty product. These hitch and couplers are designed and manufactured by a blacksmithing family who trace their skills back five generations. All units conform to the requirements of SAE standard J684 and are tested by independent labs.

360° Rotation & 3-Axis of Movement

This eliminates twisting damage to vehicle & trailer frames caused by sudden changes in vehicle-trailer orientation while on a construction site, farm, or off roading.

Positively Secure Connection

Once the latch plates are locked in place Lock N' Roll® will never pop off like ball hitches do. Everything is in plain view to eliminate any question of whether or not the trailer is hitched correctly. The positively secured connection keeps you in control so minor mishaps on the road don't turn into major accidents.

Driving Comfort

Lock N' Roll® provides a very tight, close fitting connection that eliminates "thunk & jerk" action of conventional hitches. Nearly any terrain can be negotiated safely making this hitch ideal for off road (4x4), as well as horse trailers, boats and RVs. The 360 degrees rotation along with the left to right and up and down articulation allows fantastic maneuverability especially when backing a trailer into position.

Welcome to Lock N' Roll Trailer Hitches!  

There are two basic groups of Lock N' Roll hitches. They are the new
500 series that has 360 degrees of rotation built into the vehicle side and 100/300 series that provides a rotation limiter on the trailer side. The 500 series and the 100/300 series are not compatible.

500 Series
All 500 series hitches and couplers are rated at 11,000 pounds gross trailer weight and are capable of 1100 pounds of tongue weight. 500 series hitches allow 360 degrees of rotation so in the event of an accident the trailer is much less likely to damage the tow vehicle or cause it to roll over.

100 Series
The 100 series of couplers have a rotation limiter that prevents the trailer from tipping side to side more than 45 degrees relative to the towing vehicle.The up & down motion and turning radius are not restricted. 100 series couplers are rated at 2000 pounds gross trailer weight.

Make sure your tow vehicle has enough mass to control your towing weight.

503 - Bolts directly inside of standard, 3 inch wide, height adjustement channel. 2 7/8" wide.
This vehicle side option of Lock N Roll, the worlds best on road off road hitch, has a 2 7/8" wide, four hole channel that fits and bolts directly inside of a standard, 3 inch wide, height adjustement channel. Mounting holes accommodate industry standard 2” hole spacing for 5/8” bolts. Like all Lock N Roll hitches, this hitch is made of strong, alloy steel with a solid 1" diameter bearing and a grease port to ensure a long life for your hitch. This hitch is rated at 11,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 1100 pounds tongue weight. Comes with two grade 5 5/8" bolts and two nylon insert lock nuts. All units exceed the requirements of SAE standard J684 and are tested by independent labs.

511 - Slides into a standard, 2" receiver tube. Can be set 2 1/2" higher or lower than receiver tube.
This vehicle side option of Lock N Roll slides directly into a standard 2" reciever tube. It can be set 2-1/2" higher or lower than the reciever tube. Like all Lock N Roll hitches, this hitch is made of strong, alloy steel with a solid, 1" inch diameter bearing and a grease port to ensure a long life for your hitch. This hitch is rated at 11,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 1100 pounds tongue weight. All units exceed the requirements of SAE standard J684 and are tested by independent labs.

PN 515
11-3/4" tall adjustable height channel bracket. Bracket material is High Strength/Low Alloy ASTM A572 Grade 50. There are 6 sets of holes allowing for 5-positions. Bracket is welded to a 2" sq x 1/4" thick wall x 9-1/2" long tube. Tubing is high quality ASTM A500 with a minimum tensile strength of 58,000 PSI and 23% elongation. The maximum height adjustment when used with PN 503 is 8-1/2" measured from the center of the receiver tube to the center of the Lock N Roll coupling shaft on your trailer.

NSN:5340-00-456-1011 Mil Spec lashing hook for securing tarps and equipment on trailers and trucks. Minimum order is 6 hooks. Holes are 1-1/8" center to center and 11/32" diameter.

Hitch pin for 500 series
1/2" diameter hitch pin made for securing the Lock N Roll latch plates. Your Lock N Roll vehicle hitch comes with one but it doesn't hurt to have a spare. Included with the 1/2" diameter pin is a cotter pin.

VS601 Vehicle side weight distribution hitch
Articulating lock n roll weight distributing hitch that attaches to an adjustable height channel on a tow vehicle. Creates a safer and smoother ride by bringing the rear of the vehicle back up and the front down for better control. For use with the Lock N Roll TS603 spring bar and lever assembly. One of the following Lock N Roll Hitches needs to be attached to the trailer in order to use the Lock N Roll weight distribution system: TS502, TS504, TS528, TS506, TS508, TS510, TS530.   VS601 consists of the items shown in the loose parts photo. TS602 and the other Lock N Roll parts in these photos are purchased separately.

PN 505 - Height adjustment channel on 2" tube with 4 sets of holes
8" tall adjustable height channel bracket. This can be used with Lock N Roll PNs 502 or 503 or any other manufacturer's equipment.
